<<Hi everybody, I’m Elisa and I’m coeliac.>> so this is not the way I usually introduce myself, but if you know me, sooner or later you’ll find it out.
So let’s talk about it. Let’s start by saying it’s a DISEASE. Nobody likes to define it as a disease, but that’s the way it is. You don’t want to have it. Anyway, it’s quite a “good” condition, you can live normally, do sports, go to school, enjoy your life. The only problem is that you have to check EVERYTHING you eat. And you can imagine it’s not so easy, every meal you have, everyday, for all your LIFE.
Once you get used to it, it’s not so annoying; that’s what they say. So….i still haven’t accepted it and in my blog probably you will read lots of pages full of anger, if you live quite well with it, don’t read what i write, it’s not for you (so lucky); instead, if you still have problems with a coeliac lifestyle, well..enjoy my disadventures!
